Epique Island

The IPIC Esseland project, which is established by the Axoy Holding Company for Construction in the Yalikavak region of the state of Mugla. The construction company created a Marina that can accommodate 150 yachts in the area in the side part of the Bodrum Island. Although a section of the project's villas overlooks the marina, the marina remains separate from the project in order to preserve the privacy of customers. Besides, a 50 -room boutique hotel was created alongside marina. This hotel will provide its services to its customers in addition to the project villas. The construction design of the project is due to the company of Boran Ecinji and the interior design of the African company Stephen Anthony Assassitz, the Turkish Has+Queen Architectural Company. The design of the project campus and green spaces of DS architectural company and Deniz Aslan. All independent project villas are characterized by being a special pool and a sunset garden.
